Administrative Assistant – Edgmont Township is seeking an Administrative Assistant. This position provides administrative support to the Township Manager, Assistant Manager, Building Department Administrator and the Finance Administrator. Essential job functions include basic office tasks such as filing, faxing, emailing, copying, and monitoring deadlines. Additional duties include assisting with Building Department operations, assisting the Finance Administrator and Assistant Manager with day-today operations, and assisting residents with questions pertinent to municipal governance. A Bachelor’s Degree in public administration or a related field is required. Prior experience in a similar office setting is preferred, but not required.
